Original Noise Problem
The existing four story structure was going to be renovated into a new 67 room hotel with a restaurant and bar on the first floor. The hotel management wanted to ensure that the noise from the first floor did not travel upwards and disturb hotel guests.

SVA designed and provided a Isolated Drywall Ceiling with 1” deflection spring wire tie hangers which were installed 4 ft on center.
